Finder's fee terms
You earn a finder's fee on every order the distributor you introduce pays in its first 12 months with us. The exact rate is fixed in a written referral agreement before we contact the distributor.
The fee is paid only after the distributor signs a distribution agreement and pays its first order in full.
The first complete introduction we receive for a company wins. Later introductions of the same company are not eligible.
The distributor must hold, or be able to obtain, the license required to import and sell dental implants in its country.
No fee is paid where local law prohibits it, to employees or owners of the distributor, or to government officials.
